My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While I encountered some excellent staff, the room I initially received was far from the 5-star quality I expected. Unfortunately, the hotel had some maintenance issues and wasn't as clean as one would expect from a higher-end resort.

The food was tasty and the portion sizes generous, though a little too much for us. The staff was attentive and friendly, and while the access to the beach was a bit of a trek, it was worth it for the lovely play area for the kids. Overall, our experience was very enjoyable, but navigating to the beach could be improved.
